Thank you all, I too was disapointed not to get a chance to check out the ins and outs of Fradders let alone Stone, however Doff's health and the need to get back for a funeral dictated the itinerary.

Laurie .... spot on about the size. The eagle eyed amongst you will have spotted the unorthodox front end. At some point the front well deck was covered over and the door filled in (which explains the need for the Houdini Hatch) The added space inside allows a permanent double berth.

I think it works well Laurie. Next time I remember I'll take an inside photo. It's only the bottom foot or so of your legs that are under the deck, and because of the amount of clearance is not claustrropho ..... claostrofob ..... claustreph .... errr ....stifling.
